“El rastre d’Ulisses” is a documentary film that follows the consequences that exile has left in all those who have had to be away from home.
It is based on the premise that the condition of exile is universal. In spite of historical, geographical, political and social different contexts, exiled people can share similar feelings. In other words, the exile’s essence, the refugee status, their loneliness and their fears, their sadness and their desires, it’s not a matter of time, place and manner in which exile took place.
